He was a crafty one, that Grinch. How cool is that?! His machine looks like it is in pretty good condition. I always thought it was funny (in the movie) when the dog's tail gets caught up in the thread path and comes out the needle. Poor little guy.

When we watched this on TV a couple weeks ago I pointed out to my daughter, "look! he's sewing!" She also has an Olivia book that has a picture of the mom sewing a soccer shirt for Olivia. I love it.

you know that was exactly what i noticed when we were watching the grinch this year...that he had a really lovely sewing machine.

It's a lovely old Singer treadle machine, not a featherweight - I know because I own both! And the treadle weighs a whole lot more than the featherweight, believe you me!!!
